As a Client Service and Operations Specialist at GOAT Logistics, you will work directly with customers to move their shipments cost-effectively by understanding their business needs and providing optimal logistics solutions.
Working directly with multi-million dollar businesses, you will:
- Develop strong relationships with businesses and facilities
- Ensure completion of all transportation arrangements and manage daily shipments.
- Coordinate and schedule all customer shipments
- Identify and communicate any logistics problems to businesses and provide solutions
- Innovate on existing operating processes
This role will present the opportunity to:

What to expect daily:
- Communicate to customers, vendors, carriers, and team members via phone, email, and in an open-workspace environment.
